事實上，目前並沒有所謂「長效型玻尿酸」。注射玻尿酸隆鼻、豐唇、豐頰、隆下巴或去除法令紋，維持時間8~12個月，之後便被人體自然吸收。
被誤傳所謂「長效型玻尿酸」應該是2007年初衛福部通過的「雅得媚」臨床上用途與玻尿酸同，但可維持3~7年，的確比玻尿酸的效果維持長多了「雅得媚」（Aquamid）是一種生物相容性高又穩定（不會被人體分解）的聚丙烯醯胺凝膠，早在十餘年前歐洲開始用它做皮膚的填充物；經過長時間追蹤，「雅得媚」是目前最長效且安全的皮膚填充物。
I heard that after one “long-lasting hyaluronic acid” injection, the effects can be maintained for 3~7 years. Is that true?
Truthfully, there is no “long-lasting hyaluronic acid”. Injection of hyaluronic acid into the lips, cheeks, chin or nasolabial folds will only produce results that last for 8-12 months as this acid is absorbed into the body.
The misrepresented “long-lasting hyaluronic acid” should actually be “Aquamid” which was authorized in 2007 by TFDA , which lasts for 3-7 years. Indeed, “Aquamid” produces effects which last for a lot longer than the hyaluronic acid. It is a highly biocompatible and stable (will not decompose the body) gel. As early as ten years ago, people in Europe had begun using “Aquamid” as a filler inside the skin.
