「雅得媚」是一種不可吸收透明狀凝膠的軟組織填充物。其中2.5％交互連結的聚丙烯醯胺（polyacrylamide），會形成人體不能分解的長鏈分子，沒有任何酵素或細菌能將其代謝，它能保持在注射部位被一小圈纖維母細胞環繞，所以「定點」長達3~7年，不被人體分解代謝也不被人體排斥或引起過敏反應，是一種安全、穩定的長效性皮膚填充物。

Why can injections of “Aquamid” be maintained for 3-7 years?

“Aquamid” is a polyacrylamide hydragel (an injectable soft volume filler). It is a non-absorbable, homogenous, particle-free hydragel composed of approximately 97.5% water and 2.5% cross-linked polyacrylamide whichwill form into long chain molecules which the body is unable to break down. No enzymes or bacteria can metabolize so it remains at the injection site surrounded by fibroblasts. Therefore, it is “fixed” for a period as long as 3-7 years. It contains compounds that will not be rejected by the body or cause allergic reactions. Aquamid is a safe, stable and long-term skin filler.
